Meet Gabby

Physiotherapist

Gabby Gould

Gabby is a passionate physiotherapist with a strong foundation in musculoskeletal care, vestibular rehabilitation, and Pilates-based movement. She holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University in Canada.

With a background in competitive dance and a commitment to evidence-based practice, Gabby offers a personalised and holistic approach to rehabilitation. She supports clients in building confidence, improving movement efficiency, and achieving long-term results—whether in high-level performance, return to activity, or everyday function. Her calm and empathetic presence helps create a collaborative, supportive environment where clients feel empowered in their recovery.

Originally from Canada, Gabby trained and competed nationally for over 15 years in ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, and contemporary. Her time in the studio instilled a deep appreciation for the demands of performance, along with a strong understanding of technique, injury prevention, and the art of movement.

She went on to teach dance and Clinical Pilates, where she discovered her passion for helping others build body awareness and movement confidence. This work inspired her to pursue a more clinical role, leading her to complete a Bachelor of Science (Honours) followed by a Doctor of Physiotherapy.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, Gabby worked as a Kinesiologist (Exercise Physiologist) in Canada, where she supported clients through exercise-based rehabilitation. This inspired her to move into the world of physiotherapy solidifying her interest in functional recovery, performance support, and client education—principles that continue to guide her work today.
