Our physiotherapists are experienced in tailoring evidence-informed and therapeutic exercise prescription and programming to the unique sport-specific, performance, and developmental needs of this active group. Parent's and Performers Reformer Holiday Classes
This unique class is designed to support young performers and their parents in navigating the physical demands of performing arts and high-performance sports while promoting injury prevention and optimal physical development throughout critical stages of growth.
Underpinned by evidence-informed and therapeutic exercise prescription and programming, this class combines targeted training for young and adolescent performers addressing foundational strength, conditioning, flexibility, and technique training tailored to their unique performance and sport-specific needs.

What is the difference between the two classes?
The Performers Reformer Holiday Class is tailored for individual performers and athletes, while the Performers & Parents Reformer Holiday Class is designed for young performers to participate alongside their parents. The latter offers a unique opportunity to bond while improving fitness and understanding injury prevention.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable exercise clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a water bottle, a towel, and a positive attitude!
What is the cost of the classes?
Each class is $32 per person per class.
Due to the casual nature of these classes, the full fee is required to be paid at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require no less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the start time of your class for cancellations. If adequate notice is given, you are able to request a refund or an account credit for the amount paid.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your class start time will incur the full fee due to late notice. The only exemption is if at the time of cancellation you re-book an alternative class that is within 7 days of your original booking then we will allocate the fee paid as account credit toward this session. Any further late cancellations will waive the amount as a cancellation fee.
Do I need to book a separate assessment appointment prior to this class?
No prior physiotherapy appointment is required to book these sessions due their class nature, where participants follow the same prescribed program aligned with the clinical goals of the class set by our physiotherapist’s, which are discipline-specific, evidence-informed and therapeutic in nature. However completion of the pre-screening form is mandatory before attending your first session..
For new patients, we also ask you please arrive 10 minutes early to complete an equipment induction to ensure you are orientated prior to your class.
What is the pre-screening form for?

It also allows us to assess your suitability for the class, identify any potential risks, and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. By completing the form, you confirm your understanding of the class’s purpose, benefits, and risks, and agree to inform us of any health changes that may impact your participation.
Why is a pre-screening form necessary for a class when I don’t need one for private consultations?
Our exercise and education classes are evidence-based interventions designed to address a range of health needs. They provide a safe and effective way to achieve your wellness goals. While classes offer slightly less personal interaction than individual consultations, modifications can be made to suit your individual requirements identified on the pre-screening form. Rest assured, our physiotherapists guide all participants through the same evidence-informed exercises ensuring a focused and effective session.
