Physiotherapy Exercise Sessions

Led by qualified physiotherapists, at Inform Physio & Co, our exercise sessions combine pilates, strength & conditioning, and high-performance training principles, with the science of physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Whether you’re on the road to recovery, looking to fine-tune your technique, or simply striving to build strength and move better, these sessions are for you.

Performer's Clinical Reformer Class

If you are a dancer, gymnast, cheerleader, aerial artist or other artistic athlete that wants to reach their full performance potential, these classes are for you.

These classes have a maximum of 6 people where everyone will work through the same equipment-based exercise program during the class, however it is by no means ‘general’. Our physiotherapists have diverse dance training backgrounds and are experienced dance teachers who are trained in pilates.  

These classes will provide the performer an opportunity to receive regular strength, conditioning, flexibility and technique training tailored to their unique performance demands. Under the guidance of a qualified physiotherapist who speaks their language, these classes align with the needs of their developing bodies.

Duration: 60 minutes

Clinical Reformer Class

Optimise your performance at any stage of life with our Adults Clinical Reformer class. Whether you’re an athlete, an active professional, or simply looking to enhance movement quality, this class provides a dynamic, full-body workout guided by physiotherapists who understand performance at every level.

Strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, and endurance form the foundation of each session to help you move better, feel stronger, and reduce injury risk. While not individualised, every exercise is backed by the same expert knowledge that supports elite performers.

This is an opportunity to train with intention, improve movement efficiency, and unlock your physical potential while developing a deeper connection to your body and movement patterns.

Duration: 60 minutes

Mini's Clinical Reformer Class

Our Mini’s Clinical Reformer class is designed for dancers, gymnasts, and young athletes under 10 years old. It’s expert-led, developmentally appropriate training that builds foundational strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness in a fun and engaging way.

Our physiotherapists specialise in working with young bodies, ensuring each session supports safe, effective movement patterns that prepare them for the demands of their sport. With a strong focus on injury prevention and technical foundations, this class lays the groundwork for a lifelong love of movement and performance success. They will develop strength and stability while fostering confidence in their growing bodies and abilities.

These classes have a maximum of 6 people where everyone works through the same equipment-based exercise program during the class, however they are far from ‘general’. With extensive training in dance, Pilates, personal training, and strength and conditioning, they also have years of experience supporting the physical health and injury management of performing artists and athletes.

Duration: 45 minutes 

Semi-Private Group

If you are looking for a small group exercise session of 3-4 people where you can work towards your goals by receiving focused attention and an individualised exercise program prescribed by a physiotherapist, then this is it. The physiotherapist provides detailed instruction, guidance, and support to ensure safe and effective progress.

These sessions incorporate the use of our diverse range of equipment to optimise your rehabilitation outcomes and technique training, including a broader repertoire of Pilates apparatus, our high-tech Speediance gym equipment for cardio and resistance training and specialised rehabilitative tools like Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) and electrical stimulation (E-stim) devices.

Duration: 60 minutes

Shared Physiotherapy Exercise Private

This session is a physiotherapy-led exercise appointment for two people who wish to train together in a focused and supportive environment. This is a great option for pairs with similar goals or needs—such as a parent and child, siblings, or training partners—who value personalised attention but prefer to work side-by-side.

 

Each participant will follow their own individualised program, with a physiotherapist guiding, instructing and adapting exercises as needed to suit your bodies, abilities, and goals. Whether you’re supporting each other through injury rehabilitation, building strength, improving flexibility or preparing for performance, these sessions offer a collaborative and motivating way to train together.

 

Duration: 60 minutes.

Please note: Total fee applies regardless of whether one or two people attend.
